-Drink from small faucet to the left of the kitchen sink faucet which is filtered water OR from the interior of the Fridge (Left Side) / Wash using other faucets
-Be Mindful / Quiet with our Neighbors. We are a quiet community that loves nature.
Our neighbor, Joanne @ 110 is often by the RiverFront with her Golden Retrievers.
She has lived here for many years prior to us. Her dogs are very friendly, however you MUST leash your dogs when arriving at the water for introductions if well behaved.
-There is little to no cell service in the cabin currently.

-If the internet is down & you need cell service take a Left out our driveway and travel to the corn field on the Right side of the road just before the bridge.
There is a cell tower right near there. You should have full service for calls or texts.
-For Longer Stays or Special Circumstances Basement Key will be supplied to do laundry

*If rented, kayaks/tubes are found in basement

-BEFORE LEAVING, PLEASE:
>Do all dishes & Wipe Up Spills
​>Strip beds & place dirty linens in the provided Laundry Bags
(Behind Bedroom Doors on hooks, and in stackable wicker bins with twin sheet)
>Drop Dirty Towels in the wire basket (laundry basket) in the Queen Bedroom
​>Put any soiled white cleaning cloths in the small gray/white bin in the King Bedroom (labeled for such)
>Open All the windows and turn on all ceiling fans for Air Flow during warmer months
>If Thermostat has been changed in colder months please put back to 60
>BRING ANY UNRINSED GARBAGE/RECYCLING with YOU IF YOU DID NOT CLEAN OUT AS STATED IN HOUSE MANUAL
​>Check to make sure you have all your things
>Notify us if there is anything we need to be aware of... we understand things happen.
We only ask that you let us know so we don't find it on our own later.
>Lock the doors when you leave
>Message us in the AirBnB app to let us know you are on your way home

>We have newly purchased a griddle & we are trying to keep it pristine:
Please read the instructions on the top regarding use,
KEEPING THE TOP OPEN at all times & cleaning after each & every use.
Sorry, grills seem to get destroyed... Cleaning supplies are in the cabinet directly under the griddle.

>CLEAN UP OUTSIDE OF ALL FOOD/DRINK CONTAINERS before going inside to avoid attracting wildlife.
>There is a small garbage can near the griddle but please DO NOT leave anything in there overnight… wildlife will come on the deck.
>PICK UP AFTER ALL DOG POO – Put ALL in Metal Garbage Pail by Corner of Basement and lock with handle
(use poop bags and TIE them all closed)
*There are poop bags hanging by the front/back door, by the Garbage Pail and on 1 of the Apple Trees in field
-WATCH:
>The steppingstones over the marshy area between the house and field. Be especially careful with children!
>The DECK STAIRS! Watch children at all times.
>Anything left on the River Shore – It WILL become River Litter if not remembered
>Be mindful of your surroundings, we live alongside wild nature & animals
-KEEP:
>TRASH INDOORS, follow the designations on Bins
(Dry, not stinky // Wet, food refuse, stinky)
*For Hotter Days > consider bringing the “Wet Refuse” with you to dispose of on your travels. It can get very smelly quickly if left in the house! We have provided plastic bags hanging above the garbage area to use to dispose of small bits of wet garbage that might get stinky. We are very grateful to anyone who takes us up on this!
*For longer stays we will give you the Red Shed lock code > large designated trash bins are located there
>RECYCLING – RINSE OUT ALL DISPOSABLES THOURUGHLY > IF NOT, YOU MUST BRING THEM HOME AFTER YOUR STAY

*For Deposit in NY ($) – Behind Back Door – Right of Garbage
>Garbage by Griddle (Black bin), MUST BE EMPTIED EACH NIGHT TO AVOID CRITTERS

>DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING THEY WANT TO EAT OUT FOR LONG DURATIONS
>We share our neighborhood with WILD Rabbit, Chipmunk, Deer, Bear, Cat & More
-FEEL FREE TO:
>Use Hangers/Shelves in each bedroom closet
>Read a book, but please leave behind for others to enjoy
>Play a board game or work on a puzzle (by the daybed near the entryway & on shelves in front sitting room)
>Use the Condiments on the fridge Door
>Drink the Coffee… In the Lazy Susan you will find more
*If filling the Press we find 5 scoops ideal, also one cup pour over (our favorite)

-FIND:
>Twin Sheets for 3 daybeds are in the stackable wicker bins in front sitting room
*PLEASE, On front Room Daybed leave the daybed cover on and apply all sheets on top of. Thank you kindly!
>Pillows for the daybeds are in the storage ottoman near the entryway by the bar
>Towels for the 2 bedrooms are behind the bedroom doors on hooks with laundry bins
>Towels, Coverlets & extra TP/Paper Towels, cleaning cloths and supplies are in the linen closet by the full bath
>Bug Help – Sprays in metal wall bin by front door / Repellent on lower shelf of kitchen island for deck use /
*citronella candle on outdoor dining table needs to remain on the spinner plate when on (otherwise the heat from it melts the table) OR move to one of the metal outdoor tables
>Chargers for Phones are in the front sitting room
*Lightening cable & USBC provided

-Cold Nights – Using the Wood Stove
**SAFETY FIRST:
-Feel free to use the screen when watching, when not or leaving - must shut & lock the stove door
-If emptying is needed use the bucket on the Right side of the White Hutch to store ashes > DO NOT PUT IN ANYTHING ELSE TO AVOID FIRE *Indoor firewood is located inside the cabin & in wood shed outside attached to cabin / Outdoor firewood on edges of woods >DO NOT MIX PLEASE
*Wood Starting Stove Supplies are to the Left of the White Hutch
*You will may have to gather some kindling from outside the cabin

-PETS:
>We beyond love pets, only dogs allowed due to allergies. I run a Veterinary Clinic is Saratoga NY. We are well aware that accidents happen.
Dogs pee, poo, get sick... There are supplies for cleaning in the linen closet including bleach spray for floors & Urine Away in a squirt bottle for fabrics, surfaces and floors. We only ask if something happens that we as hosts need to be aware of let us know so we can address it appropriately. We never want to make it a NO PET rental so let us all work together to keep it dog friendly.
ONCE AGAIN, BEFORE LEAVING: PLEASE:
